POTATO STARCH

Potato starch is flour-like, gluten-free finely textured powder. It comes from the starchy portion of potatoes. In foods, it is used as a thickener, similar to arrowroot or cornstarch. Much like cornstarch, it is mixed with fluids in many recipes.
